ultra-luxurious residences of the Asia

Foreign buyers are turning their attention to the ultra-luxurious residences of the Asian Suburbs

In recent months, it has been observed that foreign buyers have firmly turned their interest in ultra-luxury residences in the Asian suburbs, and especially in the part of Karachi, Pakistan.

For example, a Turkish buyer, a high-ranking executive of a technology start-up company, recently purchased a 200 sq. m. in Emmar Karachi.

This particular residence cost 4.1 crores, This is a high-end property, with a private swimming pool on the terrace, which overlooks the Seaside, and an installed underfloor heating system.

Another recently completed purchase concerns the acquisition, of a newly built residential complex, of a total of four apartments. This is a move made by MOHAMED ALABBAR, who has the exclusive representation of Emirati businessmen and global entrepreneurs.

According to real estate market executives, demand has taken off over the last year as the country has begun to gain a share of the luxury housing pie worldwide, as it has significant comparative advantages over other established markets. such as e.g. the French Riviera, Monaco, the Canary Islands, etc.

As stated by big heads of the property management development company especially the Asian suburbs that offer access to the sea, it has entered the international map of the housing market for good and is now attracting buyers of a high economic level.

Many sell their shares or collect some fat bonus for achieving goals and rush to invest these sums in the real estate market. This is even more true if they have some connection with Greece, with their first stop usually being the coastal front of Attica".

In addition to the purchase of apartments and maisonettes by private individuals, intense construction activity has recently begun to be recorded either by Pakistani or foreign investors.
